Corra is looking for a Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategist to join our Technology organization. The primary goal of this position is to drive client ecommerce success through the application of commerce optimization and personalization strategies such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and related strategies. The successful candidate must demonstrate a track record of delivering testing programs that increase ROI, client profitability and other metrics of success in addition to being a proven subject matter expert in the technical aspects of the department’s work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage A/B Tests and personalized ecommerce experiences in 3rd party platform (Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Adobe Target, VWO, Convert, etc.)
  • Maintain a roadmap and prioritized backlog of tests and campaigns for multiple clients
  • Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics and 3rd Party Platform 
  • Use analytics to identify new customer segments to target
  • Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients in a timely manner
  • Partner with Developers to ensure tests and campaigns are successfully implemented
  • Attend team and client meetings
  • Educate and explain the benefits of our CRO and personalization services in internal and client settings
  • Professionalism to be client facing

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in dynamic CRO programs including A/B tests, multivariate tests, analytics, customer segmentation and personalization strategies across a large and disparate portfolio of ecommerce businesses
  • Hands-on experience working in optimization platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Adobe Target, VWO, Convert, etc.
  • Demonstrated success of turning test data into actionable insights that increase client profitability and performance
  • Proven track record of helping clients (including executives and C-level stakeholders) develop and understand their ROI potential and other thresholds for success to unlock budget for CRO initiatives
  • Ability to connect to your audience and communicate in a story-telling manner that delights and inspires, especially for business executives and non-technical stakeholders
  • Day-to-day experience working with cross functional teams including product owners, PMs, engineers, UX designers, visual designers and other strategists
  • Solid prioritization and time management skills including the ability to work across several projects simultaneously
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics 4
  • Proficiency utilizing Jira or similar ticketing system
  • Working knowledge of site structure, HTML and CSS
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Javascript is a plus

This is a remote opportunity

Potential Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
